Just figured I'd let y'all know...November 6th, Rob Guarino of Philadelphia's FOX 29 will make his officialy winter forecast form 2006-2007 during the 10 o'clock news. Just for the record, he has made warm, wet, and cold, snowy winter forecasts before, he is objective. This for anyone out there who hates the TV Weatherman for always giving a snowy winter forecast, for ratings. BTW, does anyone remember Glenn "Hurriance" Schwartz's winter for this past winter??? He was basically right last year, kudos to him!
